1. First go to this site get widget

2. Select your style and Input your city

3. Now click Get code.

4. After log in to your blogger account and Go  Design >> Page Element

5.Click add gadget and select 'HTML/Java Script'

6. Now paste code that you generated.

7.Click save 'HTML/Java Script'. you are done.
